About this Event
Creativity often feels like it comes in waves - one moment you’re overflowing with ideas, and the next, you’re in the doldrums...
Maybe you’ve hit a creative block?
Perhaps you’re looking for a way to maintain a steady flow of inspiration?
Or you’re simply curious about how journaling can enhance your creative practice, but you’re unsure where to start?
Join us for 'Finding Flow for Creativity: Cultivating Inspiration and Overcoming Creative Blocks'
In this practical, collaborative 60-minute session, we’ll explore how flow journaling can be a powerful tool to access your creative potential, spark fresh ideas, and help you stay in the creative zone.
During this small group workshop, you’ll discover:
- How flow journaling can help you overcome creative blocks and cultivate a stream of inspiration
- A hands-on journaling exercise designed to ignite your imagination and give you new perspectives on your projects
- Practical tips and tools for making journaling a regular, supportive part of your creative process
We’ll also take time for a relaxation practice to help you recharge and reset your creative energy, no matter where you are in your current project.
This is a safe, encouraging and stimulating session. Ask questions, share experiences, and enjoy this time to nourish your creativity.
Whether you’re an artist, writer, designer, musician or any other type of creative, this session is for anyone looking to tap into their inner flow.
As Henny says:
Journaling has been a wonderful practice for my own creative process, helping me get unstuck and stay in flow. I’m excited to share these techniques with you and see how they can enhance your own creativity.
Whether you've never journaled before or you want to get back into it or you'd like to try a new approach... you are very welcome here!
