Join us for this informative and uplifting, FREE event.
Finding Financial Freedom is a program of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Berkeley Bay Area Alumnae Chapter to help promote the financial literacy of Black women and girls with the aim of eliminating poverty. Our signature event is held annually, in April, during Financial Health Awareness Month. We are excited to collaborate this year with the East Oakland/Hayward Chapter of NCNW and the Oakland Black Chamber of Commerce.
This year’s theme is “From Visions to Ventures”, which will focus on entrepreneurship as a pathway to generational wealth. Our event will feature a fireside chat and panel conversation with local black entrepreneurs and small business experts, and networking opportunities with small business services and resource providers.

- Grow Your Network: Your social network can be key to helping you grow your net worth. Come connect with like minded individuals looking to take that next step on their financial journey.
- The encouraged dress code is casual chic. This event will be photographed.
- Light refreshments will be served
