FINDING ELIJAH: WORKSHOP ON TRANSFORMING TRAUMA AND HATE
Join us in person for an eye-opening workshop where we dive deep into transforming trauma and hate into healing and hope. Co-sponsored by Jewish Community Action and Shir Tikvah Synagogue, the event include learning body awareness, techniques for releasing body held trauma, and creative movement to transform patterns of negative reaction to positive community building.

FINDING ELIJAH PROJECT: WORKSHOP ON TRANSFORMING TRAUMA AND HATE
Info: Free Workshop: April 16th, 7-9 pm dealing with an overview on sources of hate and racism while also working on developing healthy personal reactions and community action. Specifics include some learning on Jewish teachings on embodiment and trauma, along with:
· Recognizing and releasing embodied trauma
· simple movement techniques for healthy physical responses
· Creative movement for transformation of self and community.
Working with attention to your own embodied experience you will learn how to take more effective action in your community toward ending hate.
