About this Event
The practice is informed by anatomy, physiology and developmental movement principles and exploring whole body awareness and creative play. Movement can take us from the floor to standing, based on needs. All levels welcome.
Florence Poulain is a Registered Somatic Movement Educator of the school of Body-Mind Centering® and an educator of the IDME program (Infant Developmental Movement Educator training). This somatic practice focuses on body awareness through movement experience and reflection on sensing self, in relationship with others and in space, developing personal movement capacity. The class cultivates the experience with visualization, sensing from the whole body and the expression of a physical self. With creative play, the explorations will be informed by anatomy, physiology and developmental movement principles. All levels welcome.
