About Me:
I'm Neiasha Russell, an INEDLA trained end-of-life doula and the founder of Instructions for Tomorrow LLC, providing essential support to individuals nearing the end of life. Additionally, I'm the founder and executive director of Harriett’s Daughters, Inc., offering support for girls affected by maternal cancer loss. With a heart dedicated to service, I volunteer with hospice, offering my support and compassion to those in need. I hold certifications in Grief Counseling and Child and Adolescent Grief Counseling. I've been featured as a podcast guest, focusing on discussions around death, dying, and grief, and I'm the author of a guided journal titled "Life’s Final Chapters," set to be available this soon.
Recognizing the significant impact of death and dying, I've created a safe space where individuals and families can navigate end-of-life decisions, find comfort during grief, and honor their loved ones. Whether I'm assisting with advance care planning, offering emotional support, arranging meaningful ceremonies, or connecting individuals with resources, I remain steadfast in guiding them through this sensitive time.
I believe in the importance of discussing death and dying as a natural part of life, fostering open conversations to alleviate discomfort and fear surrounding these topics. Through sharing insights, resources, and personal stories, I shed light on the beauty, challenges, and healing that can occur during the end-of-life journey.
