Cheryl Vigder Brause is a nationally recognized mindfulness and meditation teacher, specializing in leading corporate clients, schools, and people across the country in programs and meditations on stress management, boosting happiness, and living their best lives. Once a corporate litigator and investment banker, Cheryl has spent the last decade creating and leading hundreds of programs and teaching the transformative practice of mindfulness meditation to thousands of adults, teens, and children. She is the Co-Founder of Pause to be Present, a mindfulness and meditation studio.
