Explore the foundational energies of nature and consciousness through the lens of the Gunas, —Sattva (purity, clarity), Rajas (activity, passion), and Tamas (inertia, stability).
Led by yoga therapist-in-practicum Hollie Lloyd, this interactive workshop will help you understand how the Gunas influence your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
Through guided exercises, discussion, and reflection, you’ll learn to recognize the patterns in daily life shaped by these energies and be introduced to practical tools from yoga, Ayurveda, and mindful living to cultivate balance.
