Finding a Gentler Rhythm is a 4-week movement and meditation series designed for people experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, or nervous system fatigue. Through slow, accessible movement and guided mindful, participants learn how to recognize sensations of safety, gently notice anxiety in the body, and practice shifting between states with greater ease and choice. This class is led by Katie Monts, a licensed professional counselor, certified yoga instructor, and co-owner of New Rhythms. No prior yoga or meditation experience is required.
