About this Event

Your voice matters. ?✨

In this interactive RYI session, teens will explore what it truly means to advocate for themselves, and how to stand up for others with confidence and compassion.

Through guided discussion, real-life scenarios, and engaging activities, participants will learn:

• How to clearly express their needs and boundaries
• How to navigate difficult conversations
• How to support friends in healthy ways
• How to use their voice respectfully and effectively
• The difference between being reactive vs. being empowered

This session is perfect for teens who want to grow their confidence, strengthen communication skills, and build leadership qualities that carry into school, friendships, family, and future careers.

At Rebuild Yourself Inc., we believe confidence is built through practice, community, and courage. This is a safe space to grow all three.
