Woman will come together in a safe, supportive, empowering setting to reconnect with themselves and each other. Women come together to reconnect with themselves and each other. Through drumming, breath work, mindfulness, gentle movement, meditation and games, this workshop invites you to explore belonging, sense of self, existing skills & strengths.
