Find Your Outdoors: Youth Outdoor Day

Getting kids outside shouldn’t be complicated.

We are here to give them a place to start—whether that’s casting a line for the first time, learning safe shooting skills, or just spending a day in the outdoors. It’s about building confidence, creating memories, and igniting a passion for the outdoors.

That’s why multiple outdoor clubs and organizations are coming together at the JCSA Sportsman Park to give kids the chance to try their hand at fishing, camping, hunting, archery, trap and skeet, and more.

Join us at Youth Outdoor Day and give your child the opportunity to learn, explore, and find their place in the outdoors.

Info: This is a come-and-go event. Families are welcome to arrive at any time and move through activities at their own pace. Check in, receive activity and lunch tickets, and get oriented

Info: Participants can rotate through hands-on stations hosted by local clubs and organizations, including:

Fishing
Archery
Shooting sports
Outdoor safety & skills
Conservation and wildlife education

Info: Lunch is included with youth registration. Additional meals available for purchase.
