The first and only WORSHIP class in Sarnia.
A feel-good dance experience focused on God, connection, grounding, and joy — no pressure, no perfection, no experience needed!
Get ready to move and sweat! This class isn’t about perfect choreography — it’s about the experience and how you feel in your body, all while praising Jesus!!
You’ll be guided through intuitive, feel-good movement designed to help you reconnect with your body, release stress and pent up emotions, and leave feeling grounded and energized.
What to Expect:
• Simple, accessible movement
• A supportive, non-judgmental space
• Self expression
• Freedom to move at your own pace
• No dance experience required
• Fun, playful atmosphere with dimmed lights.
Come as you are. Leave feeling clear minded and grounded to the Lord.
When:
MONTHLY: Last Friday of the Month
7:00-8:00p.m.
