Start Your Day with a Rooftop All-Levels Yoga Flow in Downtown Nashville

Wake up and flow with Highland Yoga on the rooftop of Tempo by Hilton, overlooking the Nashville skyline. This energizing all-levels yoga class is perfect for both beginners and seasoned yogis. Open to hotel guests and the public—everyone is welcome.

Please bring your own mat. Parking is validated in the deck. After class, enjoy free LMNT electrolyte packets, Bluestone Lane samples, and more wellness goodies. Space is limited, so grab your spot early!

Based in Atlanta, Highland Yoga expanded to Nashville in August 2024. They are located in the Moore Building near Music Row (behind Loser's). Participants will receive vouchers to visit Highland Yoga Nashville free for 30 days (available only to new students).
