Your guide
I’m Will Thomas, a longtime yoga teacher and studio owner. At 47, I injured myself in a yoga pose and was forced to rethink how the body heals. What I discovered didn’t just repair the injury—it cleared away the daily aches I thought were “just part of getting older.” Now, at 55, I’m stronger, more flexible, and pain-free—and I’m excited about sharing this method with you.
What you’ll get
✅ Hands-on learning — Gentle, seated exercises + breathwork to introduce the 5 core principles of Somatic Relief Yoga.
✅ Full-body routine — The guided 35-minute sequence you can repeat at home for ongoing strength, flexibility, and pain relief.
✅ Ongoing support — One month of access to our online community, with 4 live Zoom classes per week (Mon/Wed/Fri @ 8am; Sun @ 9am) plus recordings so you can practice anytime.
