Was the last time you made a collage in kindergarten?? Well, collage is not just for kids. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced artist, you can make some incredible artwork through collage and find out a lot about yourself in the process. 😌
This workshop is designed to help you connect with your inner strength, explore what makes you feel fearless, and learn how collage art can help you conquer anxiety.
What to Expect:
✂️ Guided Art Instruction: Our skilled facilitators will present on the history of collage and offer instruction and examples of specific collage techniques you can try. We’ll also guide and advise you throughout your creative process, as needed.
💞 Welcoming Environment: Beginners are encouraged to join. Our curated, cozy, intimate space also fosters community building with other workshop participants.
😌 Reduce Anxiety: Engaging in the therapeutic art of collage can help you quiet the mind as well as discover new ways to express and understand your feelings.
