Need a bit of “me” time during a busy weekend? Come along to our nourishing Yin Yoga Sunday morning class. Suitable for all levels, this is a slow paced class based around working the connective tissues by holding various asana (poses) whilst quietening the mind and going within with Yin.
Best done before you have breakfast, bring comfortable clothes and socks. $10 per person.
