About this Event
We are all healing from something. And sometimes, we need to know we are not alone.
This transformational group experience offers an opportunity to grow, to build resilience, to cultivate self-compassion… and to discover tools to step into the bravest version of yourself. It is offered in tandem with ‘The Brave Healing Journal - A Guided Journey to Find Your Brave and Empower Your Life, One Day at a Time.’ The book will be provided on the first day of the workshop.
There is power in community and accountability, offering a safe space to show up wherever you are, and unravel if you need to. Together, we will journey through each of the three phases: Awareness, Acceptance, and Action - diving deep into the five critical tools to empower your wellness journey. You will discover powerful tools, inspirations and affirmations, and writing prompts to help you connect with your most authentic self. Each session, you’ll be invited to take one small, brave step of action towards the life you want and deserve.
