A unique workshop program that brings together insights from leadership development with yoga and mindfulness practices, to be held over FOUR Saturday mornings.This program is for anyone who is feeling overwhelmed and distracted and wants to learn practical ways to stay grounded and in balance.
The sessions will combine gentle movement, mindfulness and breath work with facilitated conversations about emotional health and the three centres of intelligence (head, heart, body).
Participants will develop their awareness, create meaningful connections, and discover daily practices for lasting wellbeing.
The program has been created by leadership facilitator Melinda Maddock, and yoga and mindfulness teacher Melissa Howden with the intention of helping people find balance in times of uncertainty.
Dates: Four sessions over 6 weeks on Saturdays 10 - 12.30 pm.
