Uncover the stories of Fort Canning Christian Cemetery's remaining gravestones and the diverse communities they represent!
About this Event

What to Expect

The Fort Canning Christian cemetery at its peak numbered approximately 600 graves - among them Eurasians and Chinese Christians. The cemetery walls and gateways that still stand on the site were added in 1846. What is now Fort Canning Green is what remains after the cemetery was cleared and the graves relocated - some to the nearby Armenian Church. The tour will visit the remaining twelve gravestones, and explore the stories through the monuments that remain.
