About this Event
Here at Finch & Fern Book Co, we believe that the freedom of speech, in all the forms it takes, is the most precious of our rights. Right now, that right is under attack by the highest levels of our government.
It is more important now than ever that we use our voices and tell our elected officials that enough is enough. It's time for them to stand up and fight for the First Amendment rights of every American and every person residing in the United States.
Katie will be guiding attendees through the process of writing impactful, thoughtful letters to your representatives in government. Our focus for this first letter writing event will be on the First Amendment, but the basic principles you learn at this event can be applied to any issue you would like to advocate for.
Our plan is to host one event each month with a focus on a different issue at each event.
