The Power Card – Word of the Day
Participants begin by selecting a word that represents their personal intention for the session. This activity helps set a tone of empowerment, reflection, and purpose.
The Survival Trio – Banking, Credit, and Safety
An introduction to essential financial systems and how to navigate them safely. Participants will learn foundational strategies related to banking access, credit awareness, and financial safety.
Asset Audit – Recognizing Your Strengths
This reflective activity focuses on identifying internal assets such as resilience, skills, experiences, and support networks that contribute to financial and personal rebuilding.
Budgeting for Joy – The 5% “Me” Fund
Participants explore a balanced approach to budgeting that includes allocating a small portion of resources toward personal well-being, helping build sustainable financial habits while maintaining self-care.
Future Self Postcards
To close the session, participants will write a message to their future selves, reflecting on their goals, hopes, and intentions for financial empowerment and personal growth.
