About this Event
4 Weel Virtual Finanical Matrix Bootcamp
Launch Date: April 6, 2026
Duration: 4 Weeks
Audience: Business owners, executives, and General Managers
What if you knew the exact numbers your fence company needed to hit every day to be profitable?
Not a guess.
Not “we’ll see how the month goes.”
An actual formula.
The Fence Matrix Bootcamp is a 4-week implementation program inside Mr. Fence Academy designed to help fence company owners understand their numbers and build a financial operating system for their business.
For years, we have used the Fence Matrix framework to help contractors understand the relationship between sales, production, overhead, and profitability. This bootcamp introduces the next evolution of that system: Matrix 3.0, an updated framework that turns your financial data into clear targets you can manage your business around.
This program is not theory. It is hands-on work using your real numbers.
By the end of the program, you will understand exactly what your business needs to produce, sell, and generate in revenue to operate profitably.
What You Will Walk Away With
• Your own Fence Matrix built using Matrix 3.0
• A clear understanding of your true break-even number
• Defined monthly and yearly sales targets
• Production goals based on crew capacity
• A clear understanding of markup vs margin
• Your overhead translated into daily revenue requirements
• A financial forecast you can actually track and manage
Many fence companies operate in a constant state of uncertainty:
“I think we’re profitable…”
“I’m not sure what we need to sell this month…”
“We’re busy, but the money isn’t where it should be…”
This bootcamp was built to solve that problem.
Program Structure
The program consists of four 90-minute live weekly group sessions, combined with guided implementation work between sessions.
Week 1 — P&L Fundamentals and Matrix Introduction
We will introduce the core structure of a Profit & Loss statement and how it connects to the Fence Matrix system.
Week 2 — Building the Financial Framework
We will go deeper into your chart of accounts and continue building out your Matrix.
This week introduces production capacity and sales requirements, helping you understand the relationship between what your crews can produce and what your company must sell.
Week 3 — Matrix Analysis
We begin analyzing your numbers together.
You will evaluate:
• Revenue targets
• Margin goals
• Sales requirements
• Production capacity
This is where the system begins to show you whether your current structure can support your goals.
Week 4 — Using the Matrix to Make Business Decisions
In the final session, we focus on decision-making using Matrix 3.0.
We will finalize your targets and evaluate whether your current systems, staffing, and sales processes support the financial goals you've set.
Final Step:
Each participant will schedule a final review call with a coach to review their Matrix, make final adjustments, and receive recommendations on next steps.
