April is Financial Literacy Awareness Month and the Chris Howell Foundation is bringing opportunity and knowledge into the same room.On Friday, April 10, we are hosting the Financial Forward Work and Wealth Expo at The Shops at RedBird. This event is designed to connect individuals and families across Southern Dallas with real pathways toward economic stability.
Too often, people gain employment without the financial tools to sustain long term success. Others attend financial workshops without access to real job opportunities. Financial Forward intentionally brings both together.
At this free community event, attendees will have access to:
• Employment opportunities from participating employers
• Career and workforce development resources
• Financial education focused on budgeting, saving, credit building, and wealth creation
