Finally Friday Exhale is a community-centered wellness experience designed to help you transition out of the stress of the workweek and into the weekend feeling grounded, restored, and supported.

This immersive evening blends Thai Yin Yoga(slow yoga & assisted bodywork) sound healing, and guided journaling to create space for deep rest, reflection, and nervous system reset.

Whether you’re carrying stress in your body, mental fatigue from the week, or simply craving intentional community, this experience invites you to slow down and exhale.
