Featuring passionate experts with lived experience, showcasing their resilience and success, you will gain valuable tools and strategies to help you THRIVE.This final workshop is your chance to join us and share your reflections on what you have learned from this series and how you will use these tools.
Joining via Zoom is an option, but we encourage you to attend in person at the lovely, very accessible Braintree Wellness Center, 70 Langdons Road, Papanui.
Each talk is priced at $10, or you can opt for a bundle of all 5 at only $40. The group workshop is free. If cost is an obstacle, please reach out to us to talk options.
