Come and get comfortable in my studio, create your space and select a card from the oracle packs. This will help to set your intention for the evening.
We start with your hot cacao and a guided meditation for 30 minutes
Sound Healing for 30 minutes
Then 30 minutes of deep diving meditation whilst I hold space with gentle background music
Allow me to hold space for you, make you an intentional hot cup of cacao, mother earths goodness, to help you open up your heart space and drop out of your head. As this is an ancient ceremonial drink, it is helpful for connecting you to mother earth and our divine spirit, getting clarity, doing healing work, setting intentions, and inner-processing. Not to mention incredibly healthy for you.
Get comfortable and allow your guided meditation to begin!
Your energy field will be cleansed and purified using white sage. Connecting your soul chakra to the centre of the sun and your earth chakra connecting to the centre of the earth.
Please do not have anything to eat 4 hours before a meditation and sound healing and no caffeine for 8 hours. This allows your body to rest and not have to be digesting food and can take you to a deeper state of relaxation.
Please keep your self hydrated with water, coconut water, herbal teas.
Being in an environment that is peaceful, relaxing, calming and makes you feel safe, will help you to get out of your normal frame of mind, with no distractions and allowing you to experience new insights and perspectives and be in your sacred heart space. You may even fall asleep.
For sound healing I use playlists created with intention and the use of tibetan singing bowls, bells, creative instruments from nature, drums and chimes.
This releases energy that no longer serves you, recalibrates your frequency and cleanses your chakras, allowing alignment for you to vibrate at a higher frequency during meditation.
I move around the room working with your individual chakras and energetic field, with the use of sound instruments, whilst always holding an intention that is only ever for your highest good.
The delicious Cacao hot drink is offered at every meditation event, so please say when booking. $35 pp.
If you do not wish to have Cacao, then only $25 pp.
I understand that spirit wants me to hold space for you all, to come feel safe, relax, heal, meditate and listen to your body, calm their mind, lift your vibration and frequency, so you can hear, connect and understand spirit.
This really is something else.
I work intuitively with divine source our creator and promise, you will feel lighter, grounded, and more relaxed afterward.
Unwanted energy that sits in your body will be shifted.
