Dueling Shovels is the new poetry chapbook from Sean Thomas Dougherty $ J.D. Schraffenberger. This collection of Golden Shovel poems drawn from the work of James Hearst makes its debut at the Final Thursday Reading Series. Sean Thomas Dougherty is the inaugural David C. & Patricia A. Meyer Visiting Writer, and J.D. Schraffenberger is a UNI Professor of English and Editor of the North American Review.As always, open mic at 7:00 and featured reading at 7:30 at the Hearst Center for the Arts.
