The final curtain call for family-owned businesses in Nashville is imminent. As I reflect on my 38 years on Eighth Avenue South, I am struck by the profound changes that have taken place. The proliferation of big companies and rising property taxes have created an environment that is hostile to small businesses and families who have been the backbone of this community for generations. Blessed to be here so long with what we once called antique district!We will be leaving eighth ave after all these years! Our final Auction will be Sunday May 24th @12:30 pm. Don’t miss it!
