About this Event
In the 1850s, Melbourne was the fastest growing city in the world - an epicentre of film culture with its hotels, restaurants and cafes world renowned. Sadly, attempted modernisation in the 1950s destroyed much of the city with buildings deemed too Victorian. Rare archival film and photography reveals the former glory of the lost city of Melbourne.
