Summary: Lili Zhang (Michelle Chen), a recent medical graduate, chooses to stay in the United States to begin her career as a hospital intern. Her daily life is marked by relentless pressure and harsh criticism from her demanding supervisor, Dr Mackey (Sung Kang). Overwhelmed and emotionally drained, Lili unexpectedly meets Neil (Jackson Rathbone), a gentle and compassionate man whose warmth offers her a sense of comfort and hope. A romantic bond soon develops between them.

Lili’s life is abruptly shattered by a devastating car accident that leaves her in a coma. When she awakens, she is confronted with a disturbingly unfamiliar reality. In this altered world, Dr Mackey is no longer her superior—but her husband—and together they have a four-year-old child. Even more unsettling, everyone around her insists that Neil never existed.

Haunted by her memories and refusing to accept this rewritten life, Lili becomes convinced that Neil is real and still waiting for her somewhere within this displaced reality. 剧情简介
