Journey through the history of dance with Kabecca Films. The duo bring the seldom-heard voices of women over 50 to audiences. A screening of three short films, talk and Q&A followed by a short and simple movement activity.

Gillian: Reflecting on the pressure of striving for perfection as a professional ballerina.
Kindred: A lockdown documentary celebrating the unity and strength of 'Retrospectif', an older adults dance company.
Twenty, Forty, Sixty: 63-year-old Lisa tells her story of dancing through life. Exploring the evolution of dance and its positive impact.
Gillian, who features in one of the films, will be participating in the Q&A, sharing her thoughts and feelings surrounding telling her personal story through film as an older woman.
