Praktisk Solidaritet invites you to a Film screening, free lunch and discussion on activism and democratic engagement in Europe.The event will be in English.
FILM: People passionate about local organising, democracy, the climate and human rights in Slovakia, Cyprus and Sweden have created a film that, in various ways, highlights stories from a civil society seeking to bring about change and contribute to democratic resilience and development, in a Europe where core democratic values are under threat. The film is produced as part of the Erasmus-project Co-Lab: Resilience.
PANEL: In the subsequent panel discussion, we will explore different perspectives on resilience in civil society together with the project’s European participants and representatives from academia and the cultural sector.
WHAT? Lunch, film and panel discussion: On activism and democracy in Europe. Lunch is free for pre-registered guests.
