Photographer and director Juanita Richards is hosting an intimate film photography workshop as part of her exhibition SHE DRIVES, SHE SURFS at Dale Zine, Miami.
We'll walk the Design District together, shooting on vintage cameras — 35mm and medium format. But the focus isn't technical.
It's learning to slow down. To read a room, read a person, and draw out something real before you press the shutter. Composition, exposure, framing — yes. Mostly though: how to be present, how to make someone feel seen, and how to catch the honest in-between moments that make a photograph stay with you.
$75 — 2 rolls of film included.
