Make a custom fillet knife like no other using beautiful wood handle material of your choosing. Join us to learn how to cut, shape, attach and finish the handle scales in this fun, three hour class. You will leave with a piece of premium cutlery that will last a lifetime. The blade blank is machined from top-quality AUS-10 Japanese stainless steel, and hardened to HRC 57-59. The blade is long and thin for precision cuts in fish and other delicate ingredients. All participants receive a 15% discount on merchandise purchased in the store on the same day of their class.
