SHPIEL SUMMARY

Shushan, the Persian heart of the 5th century BCE Commonwealth, is in crisis. Corporate development all for the benefit of cyberchariots is spiking rents. Opposition to dedicated donkey lanes is leaving working-class Shushaners without reliable transportation alternatives. Will the Petty King Achashverosh side with Mordechai and his persecuted people of ass riders, or will Smiley Haman 🙂 and his coterie of cybercharioteer profiteers remake Shushan in their image? Find out as the Worcester Havurah (with friends from the Ocean State Havurah) puts on our first ever public Purimshpiel (festive political comedy)
