Quilling Art for Beginners

Kathy has been creating quilled art pieces since 2018. She taught monthly class for about a year in East Longmeadow, MA.

Quilling is the manipulation of colored paper strips to create a picture. In this class you'll learn the techniques, how to form shapes and use tools to create a selected design.
