We are delighted to invite you to join us for a unique culinary experience at La Cucina Caldesi for a Pasta masterclass with Carmela Sereno Hayes!
Guests will learn to prepare a delicious four-course meal, using the finest ingredients. You’ll be able to cook alongside, and learn from Carmela; a pasta expert, demonstrator, food writer & author. Cooking simple, inexpensive, seasonal dishes whilst using quality ingredients is her mantra.
Carmela has created a menu to specifically champion our oils, with specially paired wines from The Great Wine Co. and of course, great company.
This will be a night to remember; enjoy the best fine food and wine, to meet other food lovers and to learn more about the secrets of Italian cuisine.
