Start the evening by enjoying a refreshing Wold Top Scarborough Fair IPA on arrival, followed by a delicious Sledmere-reared Shorthorn Beef and Wold Top Shepherd’s Watch pie, with triple cooked chips and seasonal vegetables.
After your meal in The Courtyard Room at Sledmere, you’ll meet Morgan from the Distillery who will guide you through a tasting of four of their world-class Filey Bay whiskies - including two brand new offerings - Moscatel Sherry Cask and STR Red Wine Cask. There’ll also be the chance to sample some of their Barrel Wave IPA, before rounding off the evening with a dram of their incredible and luxurious Cream Liqueur!
Plus, for those attending the evening, there’s £10 off a bottle of whisky bought on the night, and for anyone purchasing two bottles or more - they’ll get a free Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery tour for two people!
