Jasper, an allegedly “luxury apartment complex” is
wholly owned by the corporation: Northwestern Mutual
- Northwestern Mutual DBA “NM-JASPER, LLC”
- California law prohibits limited liability companies (LLCs) from acting as
real estate brokers. This restriction is due to the definition of a real estate
broker, which includes buying, selling, renting, and collecting rent on real
property. The restriction is found in Corporations Code Section17701.04(b). - Despite not having a broker’s license, and operating as a limited liability

Join us on December 1, 2024, for a powerful, community-driven event to connect, share stories, and find solutions together.
This event is the launch of a new support network designed to assist those who have been targeted, silenced, and wronged by the misconduct of these entities.
Whether you have been pursued by unlicensed employees of Greystar Property Management, their attorneys such as Dave Wasserman, Nils Rosenquest or Robin Pearson, or suffered due to the negligent management practices of Greystar or NM Jasper LLC, our goal is to ensure that your voice is heard and that justice is within reach.
Our Mission
We believe in exposing and confronting injustice. Over the past few years, Greystar Property Management, Northwestern Mutual, and NM Jasper LLC have faced numerous accusations and legal challenges involving questionable practices ranging from harassment to unlawful lockouts, withholding deposits, bad bookkeeping, to explosive devices found on-site and an overall blatant disregard for tenant safety.
Others have reported pressure to enter unfair settlements while property managers exploited loopholes, violated laws, and hid behind corporate legal shields. In addition, illegal and fraudulently obtained evictions have been documented with little to no accountability.
This is where we come in.
We are a collective of residents, tenants’ advocates, and community allies working together to offer support, resources, and legal guidance to those impacted by these companies’ fraudulent actions. We are here to make sure no one has to fight this battle alone.
Our website, , serves as a resource hub, providing information and opportunities to connect with legal support, advocacy networks, and tenant rights organizations.

COURT DOCUMENTS INDICATE
We have court documents detailing that despite failing to follow basic tenantrights, Jasper’s legal team and Greystar’s unlicensed employees worked togetherby signing false declarations regarding personal service, pursue fraudulentevictions and rent increases, enter into coercive settlement agreements viaharassment and/or overwhelming/fraudulent litigation practices [even andincluding throughout the Covid pandemic].
Notable persons:
Jasper’s Team

Notable persons/potential Co-Conspirators in these alleged acts:

Nils Rosenquest
Author and Attorney Nils Rosenquest seemed served as co-counsel for Dave
Wasserman in representing “NM-JASPER, LLC” and/or “GREYSTAR”
against tenants in allegedly fraudulent eviction cases.
Robin M Pearson
Burke, Williams & Sorenson Law
Court transcripts detail how Robin Pearson of Burke, Williams and Sorenson
recently engaged in the following behaviors [including, not limited]: Permitting and assisting “Angela Johnson” a wholly unlicensed [former] employee
of “Greystar” property management to act as the legal agent of “NM-JASPER,
LLC” - Northwestern Mutual - as if she were an employee and licensed legalagent of the corporate entity “Northwestern Mutual”, not simply an unlicensed
employee of Greystar [which, in and of itself violates California law: See Here]
In an effort to explain how/why Ms. Johnson was appearing on behalf of the
corporate entity, court transcripts clearly document that Attorney Robin Pearson
blatantly and intentionally misled the court to believe Northwestern Mutual did
and does not have offices in San Francisco, California, despite a simple Googlesearch clarifying this blatant false claim to the San Francisco Housing Court.
Attorney Robin Pearson then assisted Greystar’s unlicensed “Agent” in submitting
contradictory complaints [one to the housing court in an attempt to unlawfully
evict, while concurrently seeking the same disabled tenant in civil unlimited].
In an effort to strong arm the tenant to self-evict, Attorney Robin Pearson
simultaneously submitted contradictory ‘evidence’ against this disabled tenant,
including but not limited to submitting manually manipulated financial ledgers,
contradictory declarations and statements, etc. despite the tenant’s ‘lease’
having been terminated and not legally binding. Mid-trial in the fraudulent eviction trial [yes, this went to trial], Attorney Robin Pearson sought a “default” judgment in Civil Unlimited the day after the unlicensed “agent” Angela Johnson made contrary statements as a witness under oath, thereby obtaining two, concurrent, contradictory ‘judgments’.
Finally, Attorney Robin Pearson assisted her “clients” to execute upon thefraudulent judgments obtained, despite a “Stay” due to fraud. The disabled victim was fraudulently evicted from their home of over three (3) years despite clear evidence from the Department of Real Estate, the City of San Francisco and a investigations into the building, persons involved and clear documentation of the fraud. Transcripts of these actions were so incredibly disturbing our team refused to sit idly by as vulnerable people suffer.
Together, we will reclaim justice.
