About this Event
The FightCamp site will open from 6pm on the 23rd of July 2026 for camping, and the event will kick off on Friday 24th of July at 9.30am.
Throughout the weekend there will be a variety of classes, workshops and have a go activities. We bring over 40 instructors from around the world to teach historical fencing. Our event welcomes any adult participant over the age of 18, from complete beginners to experienced armed and unarmed martial arts practitioners.
Sessions will include longsword, broadsword, sword and buckler, rapier, messer, polearms, grappling, archery and much more.
Classes are not pre booked, simply arrive at the appropriate arena five minutes before they are due to begin, with the right equipment where possible. Indoor classes in the training hall have limited participation numbers, so arrive early to ensure you get a place in these sessions.
Camping is available until 5pm on Sunday 26th July. (Please note there is no option to stay until the Monday at our new venue. This is a private, pre-booked event for adults only. No guests or visitors are permitted on site.)
