Through guided boxing rounds, conditioning drills, worship moments, and a short devotional, we’ll strengthen our bodies while anchoring our spirits in truth. As Scripture reminds us, “For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things” (1 Timothy 4:8). This night is about both.
