Join the province-wide protests against the Ford government. This will be the third event run in Guelph and across the province, growing every month with more participants and more towns/cities. Bring your signs, your friends, your family, your neighbours & anyone else you know to gather in solidarity to say a resounding "enough is enough" to the Ford government.Reasons why? Included in the long list are the following:
Freedom of Information Scandal, Basic Income Pilot Cancellation, cutting funding for supervised consumption sites, lack of healthcare funding, cuts to OSAP, threatening First Nation Treaty Rights via Bill 5, merging Conservation Authorities, blatant Nepotism, Patronage and Political Cronyism, closing Ontario Place, Highway 413, cancelled climate initiatives, cutting protection for endangered species, cuts to the Ontario Autism Program, purchasing of private jets (if this was even really a thing that happened & not just a distraction from the FOI passing under the cover of darkness), proposing filling in Lake Ontario for a convention centre & whatever new initiative that they seem to be coming up with.
