Calling all Ruckers!!The West Chester Ruck Club is rallying for the Fight For Air Climb, an event dedicated to supporting clean air and helping those with lung disease who are literally fighting for every breath.
The challenge: 1,088 steps, climbing from the ground floor to the 50th floor with your ruck. Suggested loads are 20 lb for women and 30 lb for men.
But just like any workout or ruck, you can scale accordingly. Maybe you stick with bodyweight (no ruck/weight vest), or maybe you reduce the weight to 10 or 15 lbs. It’s up to you!
