We hope to make Fifth Friday a fun, business-driven community event designed to highlight downtown Roseburg to entice people to explore more of what downtown has to offer, before/after they go to restaurants, breweries, bars or music venues. This event will take place on months that have a fifth Friday, from 5:00 PM until late. Streets will NOT be blocked off.Be on the look out for updated details including promotions about participating shops, restaurants & venues.
