Program: Observe live oral arguments before a panel of Fifth Circuit judges

Post-Argument Program: The panel and other Fifth Circuit judges in attendance will discuss appellate advocacy in general (as schedules permit), and appellate attorneys Andrew Gould and Nelson Ebaugh will then lead a practical conversation on effective appellate advocacy—what tends to work, and what can distract from your best points—drawing on themes and techniques observed during the morning’s arguments.
Lunch: The Eventbrite registration fee includes a boxed lunch ($15 plus Eventbrite registration fee; total shown at checkout).
