This years Fifth and Clark Fridays series continues on December 12 with 10 Watt Robot and Tom Hummer.10 Watt Robot is an alternative rock band hailing from Des Moines, Iowa USA. The band is best known for hard-driving live performances featuring their original music. Dynamic yet introspective, their song catalog reflects a number of influences from sweeping melodic power pop to straight ahead punk rock anthems.
Tom Hummer is a songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist from central Iowa. His music blends the textures and atmosphere of post-rock and shoegaze, the energy of alt-rock and industrial, and the earthy qualities of folk. His latest EP, 1915, was released in September 2025.
Admission to this event is $10. Advance tickets are on sale now, or you can pay at the door. Students will receive 2-for-1 admission by showing their student IDs at the door!
