In the event local or state regulations or Hotel Zaza policies prevent Fierce Lab Live from occurring, we will fully refund your ticket purchase, less any fees charged by EventBrite. In-person tickets can be transferred to virtual tickets and we will credit you the difference in ticket price. You may also transfer your ticket to another individual with written notice. All ticket change requests, regardless of type, must be received in writing by Monday, September 27th. Please email [email protected] to start the change request process. We do not allow third party ticket resale.
