This event is a 35-mile loop of the beautiful Norfolk woodland and Suffolk open countryside, starting and finishing at the Bardwell sports pavilion, aka The Grumpy Goat. It uses public footpaths, bridleways, lanes, and quiet roads, all of which are public rights of way. It is a fully marked course with four aid stations and one additional water station. The event starts at 8.00am
Arrival times for participants are between 6.30am & 7.30am for registration and race briefing.
Duration of the event is 11hours.
