Dear CAW Alumni, dear friends and guests of the CAW,Excursions don’t always have to last several weeks. Sometimes a single day is enough to immerse yourself in foreign cultures, and sometimes you don’t even have to travel far to do so. On Sunday, the 10th of May 2026, the Japanese Spring Festival will take place in Augsburg. We cordially invite you to join us in getting to know the Land of the Rising Sun in all its facets.
The CAW, together with a generous donor, will cover the train fare and entrance. In addition, each participant will receive some pocket money to sample the culinary offerings.
Departure: 8:00 a.m., Freising Train Station, meeting point in front of the main building
Return: 8:00 p.m.

Liebe CAW-Damen und Altherren, liebe Freunde und Gäste des CAW,
Exkursionen müssen nicht immer mehrere Wochen dauern. Manchmal reicht auch schon ein Tag, um in fremde Kulturen einzutauchen und manchmal muss man dafür gar nicht weit reisen. Am Sonntag, den 10.5.2026, findet in Augsburg das Japanische Frühlingsfest statt. Wir laden euch herzlich dazu ein, gemeinsam mit uns das Land der aufgehenden Sonne in all seinen Facetten kennenzulernen.
Der CAW übernimmt gemeinsam mit einem edlen Spender die Zugfahrt und den Eintritt. Darüber hinaus bekommt jeder Teilnehmer etwas Taschengeld, um sich durch das kulinarische Angebot zu probieren.
Abfahrt: 8:00 Uhr, Bahnhof Freising, Treffpunkt vor dem Hauptgebäude
Rückkehr: 20:00 Uhr
