What's included in your ticket price: Hot Yoga Belfast class (worth £17), post-class treats and a guided hike.
Hot Yoga Belfast:
Address: Basement, unit, 348 Lisburn Rd, Belfast BT9 6GH
Class starts at 1:15pm - 2:15pm.
It’s beginner-friendly and heated via infrared panels to 42°+, and will be led by a specially trained instructor. They recommend that everyone brings a yoga mat, a long towel and water. If you don't have a yoga mat, no problem - you can borrow from the studio.
After class, there will be some sweet treats and then you’ll have time to freshen up and get changed. There are showers and changing rooms at the studio.
We will aim to leave the studio at 2:45pm latest and head to Belfast Castle Car Park.
Let me know if you do not own a car - I'm sure we can all do some car-pooling from Hot Yoga Belfast.
Cavehill Circular Route Hike
Meeting point: 3:15pm at Belfast Castle car park, Antrim Road, Belfast, BT15 5GR.
The hike should take us around 2-3 hours in total. This is rated as a moderate hike on the all trails app. Pack good footwear, layers, water and snacks!
Please just be aware that all hikes are undertaken at your own risk. The organisers cannot accept responsibility for accidents or injuries.
